adult court & expungement
Can a criminal conviction be expunged if the crime was adjudicated in an adult court? Perhaps; the fact of whether a case was tried in juvenile court or adult court does not directly affect whether the resulting criminal conviction can be expunged.
waived into adult court
A person is said to be "waived into adult court" when they were originally under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, and subsequently moved into the adult court.
A trial being held in adult court does not affect whether the resulting conviction can be Expunged.
NOTE: It is always in a person's best interest to defend themselves against any criminal charge, rather than rely on the hope of having a criminal conviction expunged.
